The Centre for Evaluation Studies at the University of Huddersfield: A ProfileUniversity of Huddersfield The Centre for Evaluation Studies (Centre) at the University of Huddersfield in England includes evaluators from a variety of disciplines, enabling collaboration in a variety of ways. This article reviews the approaches and themes in the Centre's main activities in social work Although adhering to methodological pluralism, the Centre's emphasis is on practitioner evaluation, with a particular interest in the application of single-case evaluation frequently in combination with other methods, including the use of qualitative approaches. This article presents some key findings from the Centre's activities to date in the development of single-case evaluation.
